By using the ASU Class Notifier ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a personal hobby project provided for free and is not an official service of Arizona State University (ASU).

2. NO GUARANTEES & "AS-IS" SERVICE
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While I strive for accuracy, I make no guarantees regarding:
- The speed or delivery of notifications.
- The accuracy of seat availability data.
- The successful enrollment in any ASU course.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of this Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, academic delays, missed registration windows, or loss of tuition. Use this tool as a secondary supplement to official ASU systems.

4. NON-AFFILIATION
This Service is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Arizona State University. All ASU-related names, logos, and course data are the property of their respective owners.

5. ABUSE & RATE LIMITING
I reserve the right to block any IP address or device that engages in malicious activity, automated scraping, or behavior that threatens the stability of the Service.

6. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
As this is a hobby project, I reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
